WILKINS ACQUISITION    

Wareham, MA October 20, 2006- The H.L. Bouton Co. of Wareham and Buzzards Bay is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of The Wilkens Company, located in Cortland, NY. All inventory, machinery for manufacturing and records have been relocated to H.L. Bouton's two facilities in Massachusetts.
